The old nucleus preserves the ancient villa structure with the old church in one of the extremes. Walking around the village we shall appreciate the most ancient zone. The façade of Sant Pere is the only one that still remains and indicates us one of the ancient entrance to the village. Starting from the old nucleus, the village is extended across different outlying districts, traditionally inhabited of farmers and formed by streets directed to the country field. It is a village fully dedicated to the agriculture, and it is easy to perceive it on the daily activity and in the form and structure of its houses. This term is dedicated to the dry land farming's: cereals, almond trees, olive trees and specially vine. The viticulture has been the main activity in Vilabella since many centuries ago. The agricultural cooperative was created in 1946. The large group of companies give proof of the interest and respect that the Vilabella's inhabitants have for the culture, art and traditions.
