   It is located in the limit of the region with the Baix Penedès, to the left of the Gaià's river. Its term is rough by the buttresses of the Montmell.

   On this term the vine, the olive trees and the almonds tree are cultivated, since it is dry land. The lands without cultivating are forest of pines and thickets. The road from Valls to the Vendrell surrounds the village and nearby different businesses have setting up. The ancient nucleus of the village are the wide and flat streets, full of light.

   On the square it emphasizes the parrochial church building nearby the castle with the silhouettes of the buildings opened to the landscape.

   THE CASTLE - The Rodonyà's Castle was built according to the lines of the Renaissance style. Of quadrangular floor, its walls are finished with a row of battlements. The adovellada door and the large windows preserve the Renaissance forms. Although the external structure is conserved basically, the rests of the interior can be observed, fact that helps to have an idea of how it was on its best period.

   SANT JOAN BAPTISTA'S CHURCH - It is a construction of neoclassic style from the XVIII century, with three naves and a cruise, a bell tower of square floor and an octagonal tower. So and as it is own of this style, it emphasizes the austerity with regards to the decorative elements and a very clean definition of the proportions and the architectonic volumes.
