We are in one of the oldest villages of Catalonia and we still keep information from 980. The township contains the Cabra villa and the ancient Fontscaldetes and Fonollosa villages. Cabra del Camp is known as passing through village, as it joins the Conca of Barberà and the Alt Camp regions. It is a mountainous term that defines the hills of the Gaia and the Francoli rivers. A greater part of its lands are farm less because of the unevenness and the rocky protuberances. The landscape is very attractive, full of pine woods and thickets. The dry land farming, the vine and almond trees, besides the different poultry pig and fodder growing are the main activities of the village. It is a very known place by the hiking lovers because in its forests and fountains they may find an attractive setting to enjoy the nature. MONUMENTS AND PLACES OF INTERESTAGRICULTURAL COOPERATIVE - By the road, we find this building which emphasizes for its façane of ceramic and "esgrafiats i obra vista", inaugurated in 1919. It is a work from the modernist architect Cèsar Martinell that follows the essential characteristics of the Noucentisme without giving up the influence of the contribution of Gaudí.
